Once an appointment has been made to view your property, one of our consultants will meet with you to discuss the necessary details.
Upon viewing the property, a detailed draft of the intermediary agreement based on the terms and conditions for rentals will be forwarded to you.
Having received the signed draft of the intermediary agreement from you and the keys to the property, Housing Company will commence the actual rental process.
Once a suitable tenant has been found, a draft of a rental agreement pending your approval and signature will be forwarded to you. Following your approval, the final agreement will be signed by the tenant and the deposit will be prepaid into a client account. When each of these steps have been completed, the lease will be signed by you.
